This Policy applies to personal data we process as a data controller for website/app operations and as a service provider/processor in connection with regulated financial services delivered together with licensed partners (e.g., card program managers, issuing banks, payment processors, and digital asset infrastructure providers).

  • Account & identity data: name, date of birth, nationality, ID documents, selfies/biometrics (where required), address, occupation, and business information for KYB.
  • Contact data: email, phone number, messaging handles (if provided), and support communications.
  • Transaction & usage data: deposits/withdrawals, card transactions, merchant payments, device and session identifiers, in-app actions, and logs.
  • Compliance data: sanctions/PEP screening results, risk scores, source-of-funds/source-of-wealth information (when required), Travel Rule information, and audit trails.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device model, OS version, language, and crash/diagnostics data.
  • Cookies & analytics: cookies or similar technologies used for security, performance, and analytics (see “Cookies”).

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the PerasPay Services (account access, card management, funding, payouts, and customer support).
  • To conduct identity verification (KYC/KYB), transaction monitoring (KYT), AML/CFT controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
  • To maintain security, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To communicate service notices, verification requests, and important updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal data.
